What is the KRA eTIMS Integration?
Zinen Technologies integrates KRA's electronic Tax Invoice Management System (eTIMS) with the software your business already uses, including Odoo, ERPNext, point of sale systems, billing tools and custom applications. Instead of retyping every sale into a separate KRA tool, your system sends the invoice data to KRA and prints the KRA-validated receipt with its QR code.
We handle the technical side: registering items and branches, submitting sales and credit notes, reporting stock movements, fetching purchase invoices, queuing and retrying when the connection drops, and giving your finance team a clear view of anything that failed.
