Zinen Technologies started with a simple observation: most software sold to Kenyan businesses is built for someone else's market first, then patched to fit here. We do it the other way round — starting with how a hotel front desk, a matatu SACCO, or a dental clinic in Nairobi actually operates, and building the system around that.
Today we design and deploy management systems across hospitality, healthcare, education, retail, agriculture, logistics, construction, real estate and more — each configured to the terminology, workflows and payment methods (including M-Pesa) that businesses here actually use. If we don't yet have a system built for your exact industry, we build it — this catalog keeps growing.
We're based at Bazaar Plaza, Moi Avenue in Nairobi, and our team supports clients across Kenya and the wider East African region, remotely and on-site.
