A set-up assistant picks the right profile (smallholder, commercial estate, exporter with own farms and outgrowers, or aggregator) and switches on the features you need. Spray records carry the PCPB number and pre-harvest interval, harvesting and buying are blocked until maturity tests pass, every harvest becomes a traceable lot, and outgrower payment runs apply deductions and produce an M-Pesa or bank payment sheet.
